1. Who you are contracting with

This website and the services described on it are provided by GlobalDieselAutoTechs (trading as Global Diesel Auto Techs), a diesel mechanical repair business owned and operated by Petros Maazaneca. When you book work or purchase through this site, you are contracting with GlobalDieselAutoTechs.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or booking our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. If you book on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you book as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

3. Our services

We provide heavy-duty diesel diagnostics, engine and driveline repair, servicing, tuning, fleet maintenance and 24/7 roadside assistance. Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time; if additional faults are found, we will contact you for approval before carrying out extra work.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not submit fraudulent bookings, spam or misleading information.
• Do not infringe our intellectual property or that of others.
• Do not interfere with the site's security — no malware, probing, scanning or scraping.

5. Your account and information

You must provide accurate contact and vehicle information and keep it up to date. If you are given access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity carried out under them.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, branding, logos, images, diagnostic guides and layout — remains the property of GlobalDieselAutoTechs or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or republish our content without written permission.

7. Payments and orders

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, and current prices are listed on our Pricing page.

8. Service levels and warranties

We take care to deliver workmanship of a high standard, but we do not guarantee that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Workshop repairs carry a limited workmanship warranty as stated on your invoice; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, downtime or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, information you supply to us, or your breach of these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or to our services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Vehicles left uncollected after completion may attract reasonable storage charges.

12. Force majeure and assignment

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or business transfer.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights available to you locally.
